POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our team is currently looking for a Site Administrator for a client in the Oil and Gas Industry.
This position is accountable for execution of site office operation and general affairs keeping close communication with the Site Manager for his instructions and assist site team staff, visitors and contractors for the achievement of a good work environment at site.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
• Maintain accurate project documentation including engineering, various correspondence, contract, inspection report, daily report either in data room and/or by hard copy.
• Assist site staff and visitors in onboarding process, orientation, logistic and accommodation arrangement.
• Serve as a point of contact for Contractor, Residential, Government, vendors, and any 3rd party on site to maintain clear communication and assist to resolve any issues.
• Administer office equipment, furniture, office supply, refreshment, PPE, and consumables including consumption control and local procurement. Maintain office space tidy by supervising cleaning service.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and receiving project materials delivery including exception claiming.
• Assist and facilitate site events including groundbreaking/ completion ceremony, safety award and any other entertainment.
• Data encoding and verification related to field progress, resource and material delivery.
• Perform, other than all the above, whatever duties are entrusted by the Site Manager in respect of field administration.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferable to have experience in site administration, construction administration, or a related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Preferable to know construction processes, project management software (e.g., Procore, Plan Grid), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Explicit and Tacit knowledge in local area
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoor conditions on construction sites from time to time.
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable to changing project needs and schedules
